  • Moved 2000 miles across country to be near husband's family

  • Hospitalized 3 months

  • 3 month Recovery (no work)

  • Denied insurance through private and state

  • No response from financial assistance from hospital

  • Work debating on whether to keep me due to health complications

  • reduced hours due to health limitations
